decent stay overall
convenient location well-equipped kitchenette nespresso machine small room noise isolation slow staff response
the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette in my room, it included a sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. the provided nespresso machine made it easy to have coffee each morning.
the room i received was smaller than expected. the noise isolation was not very effective, and i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. i found the staff's response to noise complaints to be slow, and the issue persisted throughout the night.

modern room friendly staff damaged ceiling rusty towel
The room was modern. It included good storage space and a kitchenette area. The staff was very friendly too! The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the tube and restaurants and cafes.
The room I was moved to needed serious basic maintenance. The bathroom ceiling was stained and damaged from a flood from above some time ago. Ceiling paint was peeling. The towel rail was rusty underneath each bar. Wires were showing at the wall plug. There was dust on the coffee pod machine, so I was doubtful about using the mugs and glasses.

The hotel location was close to the underground station. Many bars and restaurants were nearby. I appreciated that shampoo and soap were available in the room.
The experience was only slightly affected by some noise from other guests.

helpful staff comfortable bed clean room dusty room lack of notification
The location provided convenient access to shops , dining , and the Tube. The reception staff was very helpful answering my questions. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Works started around 8:15am and the corridors were covered in paint sheets. The room itself was very dusty.
